Our fillable PDF registration form can be typed and tabbed through using your keyboard. You may email to us, but please also print and bring with you to the ride as you will register with Danny on the trail.
Our Excel worksheet calculates fees for you. Download the form, open in MS Excel, fill in appropriate fields, print and bring with your completed registration and payment.
Be sure to place your name in the GROUP NAME box.

Registrations and payments can no longer be accepted through postal mail since the ride ahs begun. If you wish to join, bring your forms and payments with you to the ride and sign up with Danny on the trail. If you are unsure if a horse or wagon is available for you, EMAIL TONI, the Van Fleet Administrator: admin@vanfleetwagontrain.com. She will let you know what is available and answer any questions you may have. Call Danny on his cell phone at 309-337-1100 if you need to know exactly where the group is for you to join them.
