What personally identifiable information is being collected?
When you visit the Van Fleet website, you may provide us with personally
identifiable information in order to register for one of our tours or for
rental or purchase of our products or services. We only collect the
information you give us to process your requests. For example, when you
reserve with check or money order, you will download one of our PDF
registration forms to your hard drive and print it from your own computer. The
only way we receive that information is when you send it to us through postal

PayPal and we do not see any of your financial information. We will receive
the information necessary to process your order and fulfill your requests,
i.e., name, address, phone number, and email address. If you request one of
our forms or publications or send an inquiry to us, we will store a record of
your request along with your email address and mailing address. We will not
hold your personally identifiable information on an unsecured server. Although
our web servers track technical details about your visit, such as your
computer's IP address, which pages you visited, etc., that information
typically does not contain any personally identifiable about you.
How is the information being used?
The information we collect is used to provide the products and services that
you have requested or that we think you might have an interest in. It is also
used to improve our services, the content of our website, to notify you of
problems with your requests, or to update you about changes to our websites or
tours. We may, from time to time, send you information in the form of
newsletters or simple message updates, or special promotions, electronically
or through postal mail. If you are receiving information from us and wish not
to, you may opt-out at anytime by contacting us through our website, via

maintain records about your purchases or other activities on our website for
recordkeeping purposes. This information is filed in our administrative
office. We will not hold your information on a live unsecured server.
What information will be disclosed if required by law?
If required by law, we may provide any and all information we have about you
to law enforcement or other government agencies, pursuant to a warrant,
subpoena, or other order by a court of competent jurisdiction. In all cases,
we will require written documentation of the request as well as proof of the
identity of the law enforcement official making the request. We will take
steps to confirm the request is valid. Any law enforcement or government
agency request submitted with less than a court-issued order will be evaluated
on an individual basis according to the need and urgency, as well as the
particular law enforcement agency making the request.
