For example, when you reserve with check or money order, you will download one of our PDF registration forms to your hard drive and print it from your own computer. The only way we receive that information is when you send it to us through postal or electronic mail. When you order by credit card, you are ordering through PayPal and we do not see any of your financial information. We will receive the information necessary to process your order and fulfill your requests, i.e., name, address, phone number, and email address. If you request one of our forms or publications or send an inquiry to us, we will store a record of your request along with your email address and mailing address. We will not hold your personally identifiable information on an unsecured server. Although our web servers track technical details about your visit, such as your computer's IP address, which pages you visited, etc., that information typically does not contain any personally identifiable about you.

Ordering Process

Van Fleet values your business and uses PayPal for online credit card purchases for your own safety and protection. When you purchase by credit card, utilizing our PayPal shopping cart, you are taken to PayPal's secure website to check out. Click here for information on PayPal's security.

When you purchase by check or money order, we have PDF order forms available for you to download. Any information a user keystrokes onto any form while it is displayed in any web browser on any webpage connected to the Internet without SSL (secure layer socket) is not secure. Therefore, for your own safety and protection, we ask that you download our forms to your hard drive and disconnect from the Internet before you fill them out and print. Our check/money order forms do not have any required fields for financial information. However, you will need to provide personally identifiable information for us to process your order such as your name, billing/shipping address, phone number, and email address.

Children under age 13

In accordance with federal law, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under age 13 without the verifiable permission of a parent or guardian. If you are under age 13, you are welcome to browse our website. However you are not permitted to use any of the features of our site that require the collection of any personally identifiable information.
